As a chiropractic therapy assistant, I perform various therapies such as: Direct Current, Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Cervical Traction, Interferential, Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, and PIR stretching.
Job Title: Health Coach:
I assist clients in achieving their self-determined goals through behavior change. This can be achieved through individual or group sessions. January 2015 – July 2019 Blackberry Farm – Blackberry Mountain
Job Title: Massage Therapist
I had the privilege to work at Blackberry Farm, a Five Star Relais and Chateaux hotel, resort and spa that is recognized around the world as one the premier vacation destinations. I was also fortunate to work for the newly formed Blackberry Mountain resort and spa. As a Massage Therapist for Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain, I performed various spa treatments such as: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone massage, hand and foot treatments, as well as various wraps and sauna treatments. It was the responsibility of all the therapists to ensure that the Wellhouse Spa at Blackberry Farm and the Nest Spa at Blackberry Mountain were suitable for gusts during their stay. The “yes” first attitude often made Blackberry Farm one the highest rated resorts in customer service around the world. These values helped me understand how to always strive to be my best every day. It was a great life lesson that I greatly value and appreciate.
In this context, I was recognized on a travel site for excellent service from a guest at Blackberry Farm and frequently recognized in the PR department memos for outstanding service from guests. I often heard from guests that I was highly recommended by the concierges as well as the front desk.
In addition, I was also a model in a Blackberry Farm Wellhouse Spa brochure for the yoga and fitness section.
Lastly, I was also contracted on several occasions for tennis practice with guests at Blackberry Farm
